211ct.org has a new look and feel. We listened to your feedback to make it visually pleasing and easier to navigate. We will continue to find ways to make searching for and locating resources easier for you. The current new website features are: :
- Refreshed homepage experience – use the top navigation bar to more easily locate resources by category
- 4 main categories to select from and the ability to drill down to more specific services, or to view topic-specific category pages
- Built in language translation with support for more than 30 languages (powered by Google Translate) continues to be available on the home page and will follow over to your search results page
- Enhanced common language search – find what you need without advanced knowledge of professional terminology
- Streamlined search results page – easier filtering options of your search results, including by radius, hours of operation, population served, and ability to click to call, visit website, or get directions
- Existing helpful features available on the search results page, include: sending resource details to yourself or others via e-mail and SMS; integration of over 380 eLibrary papers integrated into search results; direct link in each resource to report updated information; and access to driving, walking, and public transit directions available
